We want to ensure you have as much information about our facilities and the services we offer should you wish to host your function with us. It is our priority to ensure you have the best function possible with us and that everything goes without a hitch. We challenge ourselves to exceed your expectations and work with all budgets. Event Space

The Terrace

Is our most popular function space with a canvas covering which protects guests from adverse weather conditions, a compass floor feature which lends perfectly to a dance floor as well as spectacular views of the marina and Hamilton Harbour.

Capacity: 250 or 80 Seated

The Dining Room

Features a large elegantly dressed space with a brick fireplace, fully functioning bar, separate entrance, bathrooms, air-conditioning, small outdoor patio and the ability to partition into smaller spaces.

Capacity: 300 or 130 Seated

The Hardstand

Is our largest space with best views of the marina and Hamilton Harbour. Booking the Hardstand requires approval from the Executive Committee and therefore requires 3 months advance notice.

Capacity: 400 or 300 Seated

Prince Albert Room & Terrace

The Prince Albert Room and Terrace

Is a fantastic space tucked away on the first floor of the Club. This space gives occupants a feeling of exclusivity and privacy for their function. It is a traditional and regally decorated room with a beautifully appointed bar and access to it’s terrace is from within the room.

Room Capacity: 35 or 24 Seated
Terrace Capacity: 80 or 40 Seated

Newport Room

The Newport Room

Is a unique space suitable for meetings, business lunches or more intimate dinner parties. You will find traditional furniture, cedar features and bar.

Capacity: 20 or 12 Seated

Calabash Room

The Calabash Lounge

Is a fresh open space with a lot of natural light, a feature fireplace and beautiful wood flooring. This room has a dedicated TV.

Capacity: 35 or 24 seated

Trophy Lounge

The Trophy Lounge

Is a space oozing with rich Club racing history with it’s walls covered in half models boats. A large trophy cabinet, working fireplace and antique furniture.

Capacity: 45 or 24 Seated
